This is the pinnacle of incompetence in fast food chains in America. I went through and ordered four combos this morning, but only received about half of my order. They completely left off one sandwich and left off one side I specifically requested. This was an overpriced mistake. I will not be returning.

Ordered ahead as sign beside store requested to save time pulled into parking spot waited 10 minutes wasn’t brought out after I checked in, tried to go to door and was closed and had to go through the drive through this not saving anytime and making my step daughter have to take her daily medication late. Unacceptable, will be going to Bristol store in the future where the service is better and the southern style chicken biscuit is still served

Fast service on a Monday morning at 9:15. Unfortunately this was not the quality of food we have experienced at other Bojangles. The chicken was dry and overcooked. The biscuit was flat like it had been wrapped up for a while and kept warm under a heat lamp. We specifically stopped here because we expected hot, juicy chicken …. If chicken is your specialty, you should strive to live up to customer expectations!

Family pack is a great deal. It fed two adults and two hungry teens nicely. It even included a half gallon of a beverage--in our case sweet tea. Only downside is that the biscuits didn't come with anything to put on them. Not very official timing, but we got through the song "Mr. Bojangles" almost three times from order to pickup while waiting in line. Our teens thought playing this song was hilarious; the person who served us simply thought it was "clever."
