I moved here from a different state 4 months ago and from the moment I called till today the leasing office staff has been super responsive and helpful. Jennifer, Dahlia, Lydia and Kodi (for the ones who’s names I don’t remember- I’m sorry) moving into a new community can be nerve wrecking sometimes, and these girls really make you feel Comfortable. The community is really nice and dog friendly- my pup really likes the treats he gets when going in the office. I do not like paying additional for a garage given I am renting a 3 bd which should include a garage (I feel) but other than that. Office staff and maintenance are awesome!

If you enjoy waiting on hold for a least 30 minutes to talk to the front office staff, picking up after neighbors when their trash is placed on your car and in your trash bucket, and a community wall where neighbors bicker and invade each other's privacy, this is the place for you. I also want to mention that the internet here goes out more often than other places. While the office has no control over it I would advise remote workers to reconsider.

I moved out a month ago and was sent the bill to repaint the unit. I asked where and how I could pay it. They told me that the balance is not final and told me that they would be reaching out to let me know. A month later they reported it to debt collector without even reaching out to me which ruined my credit. Updated: Camden Holly Springs management team reached out and helped me fixed the issue.

I truly have enjoyed living at Camden Holly Springs. It’s truly provided a safe and comfortable place for my fiancé and I and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Jen in the main office is who signed us our lease and is a true treasure to work with. ❤️

Pros are the WiFi are very good and it is linked to the cable system so it is a decent package at a flat rate. Cons include limited TV options that come with the package. I understand you can contact Xfinity to have channels added for an additional expense. Also, since it is not an option to not have it, it essentially raises your rent by about $100.
There is a DaVita Memorial Dialysis Center less than a 10 minute drive away off i10 near N Kirkwood Rd.
Our Fitness Center is open 24 hours and our Sports Court is open 7 days a week, 9am - 6pm.
