Do not rent here. below are reviews that are the maintenance staff and others who work at the complex. Maintenance is non existent. Ac was not repaired for 6+ months. Garage was also not replaced or fixed for almost a whole year. (Citing they needed a professional to come out and repair) this apartment has a major pest and wildlife problem you will occasionally see huge cockroaches and snakes. A wasp setting up a nest on your balcony is very common in the summer I see those nest everywhere. This apartment was very nice when I first moved in but the management has completely stopped caring and the problems seem to be stacking up on them. I do not usually complain about companies but sitting with no AC or garage while paying above average rent is inexcusable.

We have lived here for 2+ years. Pro's - The best location!!!, Landscaping is always great. Maintenance is easily reached, Nice pool and gym. Very long and expanding trail. Cheap renters insurance offered. New exterior paint! Relaxed environment. Con's - Rent is rising at extreme rates, trash pickup barely ever shows. Crowded parking/paid parking unused. Shoehorned into Coserv with double the price of electricity vs. neighboring areas; It is the same with Internet. The address can be a little funny with delivery and gps... Gate fob detection is defective. Needs new radio system.

I have been living at Trails at Creekside Apartment Community for a year and half and my experience with the community has been fantastic. Great neighborhood, a beautiful trail, pool gym, dog friendly environment.... However what makes this community stand out are the staff in charge of the community. They are very nice to interact with, prompt in responses to any kind of services. I would like to specially call out Tammy who had been consistently very supportive to our needs and ensured prompt services. Very recently I had some issues with the refrigerator and Tammy ensured that the appliance is inspected and had that replaced with a brand one.
