I drove about 40 minutes to this store to pick up a drill that was an online special. The store seems to be a bit smaller than the Lowe’s stores closer to my house. But it does have a great garden department and is very clean.

Recently purchased a stove and it has been a pain. Don't get me wrong the associates at the store are very nice, but getting the product you bought is irritating. The first one they brought would not work, two days later they picked it up and said they were sending another. Waited couple days and on day of the delivery was told they made a mistake and did not have the stove. Then waited several more days and yesterday the stove was to be delivered. Was told between 10 -2, around 1 got a call that truck broke down so it would be between 4-5 that evening. 6 rolled around so I called the store and was put on hold. They came back to say they spoke with delivery and they would be here within a hour. Two hours later I called the store again and once again I was told should be there in a hour. Let's just say never came. Called this morning to be told delivery will now be Wednesday. I am very aggravated and feel next time I will go somewhere else.

Literally been on hold 45 minutes just to ask a simple question. I could have drove there and answered the phone myself, made it back to my job, and still get my work done in that amount of time. Ridiculous.

Lowe's in Avigdon is a great place. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I was able to use my gift card to buy a squeegee that I've been looking for, for a long time. Thanks so much and see u soon!
