Be careful when you sign a weaver on the damage part on the rentals. They say you’ll get reimbursed for the rental damage of $50 after the car is returned but that’s a bunch of crock. Oh then they’ll charge you another $15.96 making it a total of $65.96. What a ripoff. That’s money that I needed because of my low income. Never again, I’ll just borrow a vehicle from someone

Drove 1.5 hrs to pick up a rental car and was told over the phone they take debit cards. Got all the way over and no debit cards are accepted. Only cards from an actual bank or credit card. This place is a joke

I would not even give this company 1star but you don’t have the option to give 0 stars I booked my reservation over a month ago. Traveling with multiple adults and children so booked a over size SUV. Placed several phone calls leading up to the day the rental is to begin. Have never once been contacted by Enterprise to say that there is a issue with my Reservation. I personally have called the location multiple times to be told that they can’t locate the vehicle I have rented and that they can’t get one to the location. I also was told that they would reach out to other locations and would be able to get the vehicle well that also has not been the case. I personally have called all the local Enterprise locations and found 3 locations that were a little over a hour and half away from that have the vehicle and was told by the Rep from enterprise that they cannot go to the location to pick up but I could go and get. Mind you this is 3 hrs away from me round trip so that would be a total of 6hrs out of my way to get a rental. All I was offered was to downsize my rental. Extremely POOR customer service was told on multiple occasions that a manager would contact me. I have received 0 calls all calls to enterprise were generated by me after reading multiple reviews of others having the same issue. Well in closing I Highly Suggest Everyone use Budget Rental car since I placed a call and was able to locate the vehicle of my choice and they are delivering this to my house. And also matched and beat Enterprise price. Wake up people use Budget I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know not to us enterprise car rental anywhere
