Horrible nursing staff (receptionist). I don't know why people get a career where they are so angry and dissatisfied with there job and life. The receptionist the older lady with glasses and short hair she is beyond rude it seems she been there for years and therefore gets away with treating people with so much disrespect and get away with it by giving you a soft tone but what come out her mouth is just ridiculous. When I have gone I though it was just me she was being rude just to me but she's not she's like that with most of the patient from what I seen when I was there. She also needs. To remind her self about a little rule called HIPPA I nor other people need to know what the patient before me has or had keep your mouth shut please. I honestly don't understand why people like her are never Investigated only because she probably been there for years not acceptable. The doctors are very professional no problem with them or the other nurses working there is mainly the older lady that makes you just want to walk away due to her disrespectfulness and ignorance .

Receptionist are really rude, helpless they don’t try to help you they avoid you. I called to see if I was able to speak to the doctor to get a reRefilled of my medicine but the receptionist that answer was really rude didn’t let me explain to her why I need to talk to him she was just trying to hang up the whole time and told me that I wasn’t ably to talk to the doctor until my appointment this is the second time they do this why can a patient speak to there own doctor when they have a question ???..But In the other hand the doctor is great but just his staff in the front desk are really unprofessional..

Everyone who is reviewing negatively is just impatient and doesn’t understand that it’s a highly trafficked clinic. Of course you’re gonna wait, it’s a doctor’s office. Aside from the wait, the staff is really nice, there’s plenty of seats to wait on, and the doctor is nice and sometimes funny. He explains your condition as simply as possible and gets you in and out. I’ve gone for steroid injections for alopecia and the injections were quick and near-painless. And my hair grew back after a few months!
