The visit was highly enjoyable. The staff were professional and efficient. They also handled a rowdy customer with grace and patience. I will definitely be coming back to this location!

This is the absolute worst tropical smoothie location I've ever been to. My wrap literally had cold chicken in it. And I don't mean lukewarm cold, I need like it was straight up just taking out of the fridge cold. And then my peanut butter and banana crunch flatbread, rather than having the normal bits of granola in it, instead literally had a Nature Valley crunch bar broken up into a few pieces place inside of it. Wow. Brought the items back, and was given replacements. The new wrap was fine. But the replacement flatbread still had a broken up nature valley bar inside it, only this time was broken up into a few more pieces. Needless to say I will never come back to this location, if I want Tropical Smoothie, I'll just wait until I'm in Harrisonburg again.

I typically love Tropical Smoothie but today was awful. I didn't receive two items that I ordered- I was given a random smoothie to replace the one I wanted and wasn't even offered a substitution for the food. Had to go though Uber customer service to even get a refund for said items.

Terrible service at lunch hour today. Not sure what the problem was. Only a couple of customers in the store and three staff who couldn’t be bothered with talking to customers. I ordered online, but my order wasn’t on the online pickup shelf. I waited well over 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me or asking what I wanted. All three staff were in the back and appeared to be working on orders, but there was no one up front and no effort to let customers know what was going on. When I finally got someone’s attention and asked about my order, it turned out they had put it on the Door Dash shelf. (Orders have no markings to indicate who they are for). Another customer came in after me and patiently waited but not one of the staff even acknowledged her. She eventually left without ordering. I normally love the hummus wraps from TSC, but by the time I got them, they were soggy and the sweet potatoes were cold. A very disappointing experience.
