I am writing this review because we are all humans. Sometimes mistakes are made. Sometimes words are said. Sometimes we feel time was wasted. Sometimes we feel unheard. I want to thank the manager at Enterprise for his and her patience. For the follow up call to see how to improve on services. For the fairness the experience. I will encourage others to use Enterprise as well as continue myself. Thanks

Staff is SUPER friendly. Their cars are VERY dirty. Stained seats. Cigarette ash on the dash, dusty. These cars are NOT being cleaned. I ended up NOT renting from them and going to Hertz. So sad. This used to be THE PLACE for rentals.

First experience was not a good one. Very unprofessional, i had to wait over three days for a car. Could not get into a car until Monday after four. Then when I finally got my rental car the company talked me into signing up for their premium insurance coverage for their vehicle. I asked the man who was showing me the vehicles if my insurance covered that. He assured me that my insurance company would not be covering THEIR insurance premium and I would have to pay out of pocket. So, I agreed because the man kept telling me how detrimental it was if something happened to the vehicle such as it being scratched. They did not review any pricing with me, nor could they give me a total of their total premium insurance. I didn’t have a set date to return the vehicle. We assumed (enterprise and myself) a week at best, so my card was charged 246$. I called my insurance company and they told me that they actually do cover it. The insurance company also said, “regardless there are rules and regulations that companies must still abide by even if they franchised an establishment.” I was furious at this point and the man Joseph who answered the phone was very rude and not helpful at all. Even after I explained the situation. The total was suppose to be 50$ bottom line. I would advise that no one visit this location if you don’t want to get swindled by this company. Secondly, I would like to recommend that contrary to what they may tell you, if you have full coverage you do NOT need this insurance! They’re pressuring people into buying something even after they question if insurance should be covering this.

Very courteous and professional. Recommend getting 25 dollar protection from bumper to bumper coverage.Saves a lot of headaches in long run if anything happens. Get protection 9 out 10 times the one time I didn’t a fluky incident happened with the wind and a shopping cart, 1823 in damage is what my personal insurance covered. Cheyenne is very polite and friendly at the Staunton Virginia location. Thank you!!
