Steele’s Tavern Manor is an outstanding stay! The facility itself is a stunning building, beautifully furnished, and set in delightful countryside. Host-owners Dana and Trey were exceptionally welcoming, and are keenly knowledgeable about the wealth of activities, events and hidden spots to visit for miles around. Dana’s scratch-cooked breakfasts were astonishing delights. Both Dana and Trey went out of their way to anticipate our needs and exceed our every expectation. Locals will know (we live thousands of miles away and didn’t) that the surrounding area in Shenandoah Valley brims with activities of every kind for every age and interest. We had booked a single night, but re-worked our itinerary to stay on longer. We cannot recommend this splendid B&B more highly. Go!

Dana & Trey are exceptional hosts. My wife and I just went for our 1st wedding anniversary and everything was perfect. Dana helped me with getting flowers, cake, provided wonderful recommendations to make my wife’s time there wonderful. We have already booked another stay with them in the fall. Would highly recommend to everyone!! Their breakfast is worth a trip just by itself

Absolutely amazing experience! The views from our cabin (Mountain View) were breathtaking. Despite being situated on the side of the hill, the cabin felt secluded and offered plenty of privacy. Dana and Trey were wonderful hosts. They were enthusiastic, responsive, and knowledgeable. While this is my only B&B experience, so I cannot compare to similar venues, I could not recommend this enough. Thank you STM for a truly memorable stay!

We stopped here on our way home to Northern Virginia after dropping one of our kids off and VT for an overnight couple's retreat. This place is amazing from start to finish. We were greeted at the door upon our arrival and made comfortable from the start. The presentation of the Steel Tavern Manor was amazing! The room was clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The only regret was that we went out for a late dinner the night before and were unable to eat very much breakfast. The food looked & smelled unbelievable! Plus, owners Trey & Dana are exceptionally nice hosts. We plan to come back for another visit sometime soon. We hope!
