Pointe Niguel office and maintenance team is amazing! Excellent customer service. The property is beautiful. Office team: Suzanne, Sarah and Taneatha are knowledgeable, professional, responsive and delightful to work with! I would highly suggest Pointe Niguel to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live.

We've only been here a couple of months but so far we have been pleased with Pointe Niguel Apartments. We have a dog and this complex is very dog friendly. The front office staff helped make our move from out-of-sate as smooth as possible. We also have to send a big shout-out to Isreal and the maintenance staff here - we had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they were resolved satisfactorily within 24 hours.

I have been living at Pointe Niguel for 8 years. I have been very pleased with the office staff and the maintenance department. They are an amazing team and very helpful, professional and accommodating. I have been a resident of Laguna Niguel over 20 years and I believe Pointe Niguel is the best apartment complex in our city.

Horrible experience...the policies are overly harsh and they do not care about customer service. They towed and impounded my husbands car without warning and they do not post signs warning so...the signs only warn if you park in a designated spot that is not your they will tow. We left our townhouse spotless and they will take a cleaning fee out of your security deposits anyways and a carpet cleaning fee. Not sure if that even legal to take your money to clean the apartment for the next occupant. I’ve never not gotten my deposits back in any apartment except this one. We got excessive noise company’s just for my kids playing outside because they allow occupants to complaint about any noise 247. They discriminate again people with small children. The worst experience ever...could not be more happier to be out of Pointe Niguel. It was truly such a stressful experience living there. Such a heartless company that enacts such crazy policies. I guess that’s what you get when you need a short term lease.

Each home can park up to two vehicles onsite! The two spots consist of one assigned parking spot (carport or garage) and any open space with an assigned parking permit.
Hello! Yes, our Plan C and Plan D two-bedroom floor plans come with a detached or attached garage. Other floor plans will come with a covered carport parking.
We allow both cats and dogs with pet rent and pet deposit (breed restrictions apply).
We are less than 10 minutes from Salt Creek Beach and less than 20 minutes from Laguna Beach and Doheny State Beach.
We belong to Capistrano Unified School District.
