I have lived at Harbor Pointe apartment homes in two different units for 6 years now and Laura Trevino has been an amazing resource. Not only has she been a pleasure to interact with, she also has the ability to listen and communicate clearly about the issues that arise while living in a larger complex with many amenities. She is proactive, involved, acts in a prompt manner, and is very knowledgeable about the move-in process as well as the maintenance & social activities. As for her personality, Laura is levelheaded and resourceful, personable and articulate and is always diligently working on excelling in her role here as well as picking up many new skills that would be transferable to many industries and environments.

We moved here directly from the east coast. Even so, we had a great move-in experience. Laura worked with us via phone and email to arrange everything so we could come right to our new home from the airport. The office staff has been very accommodating, and is always on top of things. The community members are friendly, which has been great. The A/C is louder than we would like, and we have a skylight in our bedroom (which I intend to put a curtain over), but we are very happy living here.
7 Wonders
Apartments are ok but way overpriced. Noisy because of thin windows and layout. The biggest problem is that they will rip you off when you move out! We took care of our apartment, they charged over $1000.00 for touch up paint for about 1 dozen nail holes. I read other bad reviews and didn't believe them until I moved out. Very shady.

We are mile PCHand mile half from He harbor and doheny salt creek and capo is mile half also freeways going down stonehill to the 5 takes us 7-10 mins

I was a visitor there. Out side has many large trees more then what I would call the normal gave it a park like feel. Grounds clean well kept. The unite I saw was very nice up stairs down. Fire place nice kitchen with new counter tops. Its gated your not far from the ocean so you will no doubt enjoy the sea breeze. I would find it enjoyable to live there. ...look for yourself its very nice
Yes! We are a pet friendly community with a maximum of 2 pets. There is a $50 monthly charge per dog and $35 per cat.
