Ugh... yuck. What happened? They were really good 2 months ago. Tonight it took 12 min to get 5 pc tender meal. Apparently someone had a huge mobile order that didn't show so they let patrons at the restaurant WAIT to get food. Wow! Insane. I get home and chicken was over fried with mo flavor. Mashed potatoes had gross gravy when I specifically said NO gravy twice and she replied no gravy. Mac&chez had burnt cheese on top. Couldn't eat nothing. Half a tender and I was done. Disappointed and grossed out. Plzzzz get it together Popeyes!!!

Friendly service! I was greeted well at the drive thru speaker. My order was correct. I enjoyed the classic crispy chicken sandwich but it was a bit too crispy in many places along the chicken patty. The breading is a bit too salty.

On Sunday I ordered the 12 pc box meal. Was supposed to come with 3 of everything. 3 breast, 3wing,3 thigh,3 legs. I got 5 thighs, 5 legs, 1 breast and a half of another breast. Called the number on the receipt and left a massage right after I opened the box. Its now Monday evening and I've not heard anything from anyone. Poor customer service!!! I only want what I paid for!!!

You'll get ripped off here. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it came with a chicken strip instead of the patty. 5 dollars on chicken strip.
