Please note that the one star review is not for the employees at this location, in fact they were great. BUT, U-haul as a company was awful today. We are planning to move across the country and made a reservation for the moving truck and auto transport 9 days in advance, which on the the uhaul.com website said it was a guaranteed reservation. Arrived to pick up the rentals this morning and we were informed that they did not have a truck or the auto transport for us. The staff made a concerted effort to locate something for us, but were ultimately unsuccessful. The blame rests fully on the U-Haul logistics team. Fortunately, Penske was able to get us a truck and a transport, and even provided a discount. Moving is a hassle on its own, definitely don’t need a rental company to make it more difficult and stressful. Likely will NOT be renting from U-Haul again.

Officer Frank Drebins review says it Best!!! This U Haul is run by incompetent staff who runted our trailor out from under us, and we had our reservation in for a week.We got there to pick it up and the trailor was not there, or returned yet, so the staff told us to come back and they would call. No call, and when we returned the staff said the trailor went out and someone at uhaul closed our reservation, WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION. Then we were charged more money for a bigger trailor that they did have at the seccond attempted rental. Horrible way to conduct business, we will be calling uhaul corperate!!!

This location is the best placr i can recommend Nancy has treated thw best ive ever been treated at a storage she goes above and beyond to help you keep your storage and she works with you in fact everyone that works there are awesome

This location was amazing. The manager was friendly but the rep Jenna was beyond sweet and amazing. She went above and beyond to help me with my storage issues and she was very understanding and a amazing listener. She had the best personality and went above and beyond. Nancy should promote her if possible because she took an extra step in helping me and has amazing customer service. I will be doing all my future business with this location!
