I wish I could give zero stars. I only come here because I have to for work. 40+ minutes everytime I come in. There is never more than one teller...EVER. This cuts into the rest of my day & puts me behind.

Go to a different BOA location. Michelle was not rude to me but her attitude and demeanor were not what you would expect from a banker in a professional setting. Their system went down so I asked if they could setup an appointment for me at another location, I was told they could not do that and I would have to take care of it myself. Did I mention I had to call at least 7 times to set a time for my appointment before someone actually picked up the phone?

Customer Service at this location is extremely poor. There is no way to talk to anyone at this branch. When you dial this branch's local number, you are always routed to the national 800 number. I wasted over 40 minutes and still wasn't successful in trying to get a document notarized. I set up an appt online to meet with a notary at this branch. The document needed to have a Jurat attached and I tried calling the branch several times over the course of the week to see if their notary can supply a Jurat but no one from the branch answered. I COULDN'T EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR A CALL BACK!! The day before the appt I spent 20 minutes talking to a rep at the national call center and she tried to put me through this branch and got the same 'no response'. When I showed up for the appt the next day, they told me the notary could not provide a Jurat for me. Talk about A WASTE OF MY TIME !!!!!!

Its a shame that I have to even choose a star. WORST customer experience EVER by a financial institution. The customer service is HORRRENDOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL! The staff was not welcoming allowing me to first stand there looking for assistance while helping other customers that entered. NOT playing the race card--- but I had a 1940's moment happening. What a disappointing feeling in this day. After getting the attention of someone I was told they had no replacement cards at the facility. This was not the first or the second time this location has been without temporary cards and though I was failed twice before, the convenience of the location to my apartment led me to give them a third chance --- BUT-- as history is great record keeper-- AGAIN they proved to be substandard in there service to the customer. Awful -- AVOID this BRANCH!

They should have a notary, but if not Wells Fargo doesn't charge to have something notarized.
