If you ever buy a car from here, take it straight to dealership of the brand of the car. I brought a car there and within two weeks the transmission went out. Lucky the car was under the 60 thousands mile. So the dealership replace the transmission. My advice, don't buy nothing 60,000 or higher. Car cost almost 20,000 . Nice car but the people they have dervice the ca r they rigg the car so the transmission light will not cut on. . Never buy a car 60 000 and higher

Worst experience ever! First off, I literally called every 30min for 2 days straight, simply trying to find out if they had any vehicles.... NEVER got an answer. Called the main 800 customer service number and they were not able to get in touch with this location either. I was told they would escalate to a Manager within customer service to contact Manager at site and they would call me back.. which NEVER happened. I called customer service the very next day as I was experiencing the same, NO answer after calling every 30min to this location. I was told the exact same thing, it would be escalated and I'll get a call, once again, NEVER received a call back. By Wednesday, I decided to just drive there (this location was not close to me, that's why I was calling for a simple confirmation that vehicles were available). When I walked into the place there was one guy sitting at the desk playing on his cell phone. I told him I had been calling and all he said is that he's short staffed... again, not a single person in the building and he sure didn't look busy at all. He then proceeded to say all they have are Tesla's for $150/day. I explained this was an insurance claim and that a car should be reserved. All of a sudden, they did have a Honda Civic...so it felt like I was being lied to in getting the more expensive car until he found out this was a claim reservation. We still had to wait 30min for them to bring the car up. If not for the insurance claim reserving the car at this location, I would've left. I'm not sure what's going on at this location but moving forward, I'll never rent from THIS location in particular and if I can help it, I'll never rent from Hertz period! As stated, worst experience ever!

I work helping Hertz ,detailing there car rental returns. I love the Job and the crew . You would be surprised how much effort goes into making sure Hertz customers are happy . I just wanted to say thank you to Hertz and MLS for giving me a job at there facility. They have over a 1200 returns daily it's no joke the time and money Hertz puts into getting the returned cars Cleaned and ready for the next customer.

Worst car hire I've had to deal with. We arrived on an international flight and when we got there they had given the car away, by a stroke of fortune a car came in and we took it straight away with low fuel and not detailed. We returned the car a day early with more fuel than we left with and got a tiny refund. I must say the manager was unhelpful to the point of being rude but that could have been because there were 2 families waiting for a car to arrive. Moral of the story is they over commit and run out of cars!
