Worse experience here. I had my car in the shop for almost two months, Geico stopped paying and I had to pay out of pocket expenses. Returned the rental and got my car back in mid June and still have not received my deposit back. Bill Luke informed me that they handled enterprise by paying them the remaining balance because of the financial hardship I endured. Not once have I got a call back from this location on Bill Luke property. Not once have they called me. Never again will I use enterprise. Will just stick to Hertz or Budget, Kayak, or Avis or Turo. Never again will I use enterprise for any type of rental. Had the worse experience at this location.

Bad-Bad-bad-customer services they don’t even deserve one star 👎 we drive a high country they give us a mini van with a really bad smell a cigarette with dents a paint scratches everywhere

Front desk worker, who’s name I’m completely blanking on was extremely nice and patient with me. Tyler was also very accommodating and tried to give me a car I was completely comfortable with. Even when they didn’t have a smaller car for me to rent, he informed me that if I wasn’t comfortable I could swap at any other enterprise for a smaller vehicle which I didn’t know since it was my first time renting a vehicle but both employees made it an extremely satisfying experience and both cars I received at this enterprise and the other enterprise were extremely clean. A plus about this enterprise that I noticed compared to the other location was that Tyler took his time walking around the vehicle to make sure there wasn’t any scratches that I would get dinged for later, the other location didn’t do this and they were not busy at all! They are a smaller office so it does tend to get busy so I recommend for the best experience to be patient with them. But this place is a 10/10, highly recommend!
