To answer your question there is really no guarantees whether you'll go out with laborworks but there are some things that can go out. One way to ensure you go out is if you have a car if you have a car then you're actually considered more valuable than any other the other employees because you can provide transportation you're transgenders before y'all are greater than anybody else. The other way is just to make sure if you have a unique skill-set that far will qualify you to go out.. ultimately it's at the discretion of the dispatcher he wants to send out. I speak with it almost 10 plus years experience working with laborworks if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask me
