Unfortunately there's no "no star option" this is the worst branch ever! I've been to several but I've been to this one 3 times and they always make me wait a long time to do something on the platform and they can't say it's due to lack of staff because I always see several employees and there's only one person helping the lobby.poor poor management at this center!

I normally don’t post reviews, but BofA has been going down hill. Classic 1 teller to 8 people currently in line while several other bank employees just stand around and occasionally ask what you’re doing.

And absolutely the worst run Bank of America I have ever used. The lines are constantly 15 people deep and 2 tellers working. They tell you they will help you and then when they don't it's just like oh well you're bad luck. As long as they have your money trapped in there they don't care.

Slow. Slow, slow unfortunately 😪 my experience was be viewed as no customer service skills,No Banos, no attitude for heart, sincerely CSReps are nice. They don't get paid enough at this Loco 😒 place. 20 minutes to get a in person transaction. Not sure why???? People showing rings in back office viewed
