I would give 0 if I can. We were in this office several days ago, the security guy was very rude. We had appointment, but due to moving we missed 30mins. I tried to explain to him my father has flight soon, which the reschedule takes 2 months to happen, beg him to let us go in. He rudely said, “go out!” for several times, and even stand besides me trying to get me out of the office. I felt discriminated, almost threatened… and we didn’t do biometrics at the end. Absolutely bad experience ever!

The Admission number is your I-94 number ( if you are non immigrant and you are already in the US, you must have I-94). Every I-94 record has an eleven-digit admission number. If you don't have your I-94 and you only got a stamp in your passport, there will also be an electronic I-94 record. To access this record, visit the CBP's website.

Did you try to make appointment online? If you are unable to make appointment online I don't know if they're accepting anyone in the office because of covid-19. Few weeks back they were only accepting people who are becoming US citizen now they are accepting in the office people who are getting their green card I hope that explains everything good luck
If you go online M thru Th between 6 and 8 am you might have better luck getting an appointment
