Don't order flowers from White's Florist's website.They will charge you, then cancel your order and you'll never know! I was excited to order my mom's birthday flowers from a local Greenwood florist. I ordered a lovely arrangement from White's 4 days before my mother's birthday, and it was never delivered. When I called to inquire, the owner of White's was very rude, very unprofessional. He took no responsibility for the mishap, said he had canceled my order ( without emailing or calling me) because he didnt have the flowers required for the arrangement...the arrangement which was advertised on his website!!! The website says the pics are approximations, that the florist may occasionally need to substitute a similar flower. Fine. Makes sense. In reality, apparently, Mr White cancels your order if he can't match the photo. When I asked why he did not call me to ask if substituting was okay, he said he could have, but didnt. Said in future I should call a local florist, lol. That's essentially what I thought I was doing, Mr. White! When I called out his poor customer service he got hostile, bragging about being in the business for over 40 years. It may be time for you to retire, Sir. You seem burnt-out. Certainly incompetent.Just wish I could give you zero stars.

Very pleased with my order, I placed it online, followed up the next day over the phone and the staff was super friendly. the bouquet was gorgeous. Highly recommended!

This is an old flower shop that still has a lot to offer. Great prices and great owners who cater to you when you come in. Good job. A must try.
