They take for ever to fix a street light that doesn’t work. Where I stay the apartment manager has called several times to get the street light fixed. They came out worked on it and got it to work but only worked for an hour and stopped working and that was two weeks ago and now they won’t come back out to fix the street light again . The apartment manager has call several more times and I have call there are completely rude and don’t care about the customers one bit.

They charge an online fee now for credit card, debit card, eCheck etc..... but they call it a convenience fee! That's a joke. So to pay online every month it will cost everyone who uses this "service" an additional $24 a year. In today's world this is not acceptable. So I decided to mail in a check so they physically have to touch it and process it. Oh and that .51 stamp 12 times a year is 4 times cheaper.
