Very efficient bondsman willing to help your loved ones bail out. They helped my significant other with court times and was in court to help if bail was needed. Easy access directly across from the jail I must admit they are there to help. Thanks Chris 💯

5 Stars! Don and Chris have went above and beyond numerous times when I had to rescue a friend.

This bail bond company is the best, they made me feel at ease since the very first court date. Don is the one to work with, he had my family member out with in 2 hours just like he promised! He kept checking the system for every step of release and messaging those results as they came! Then the colateral step was very easy. Don even drove all the way to me to get the paper work done at my home since I gave little ones to care for! He reassured me that everything would go well with his boss Gayle when he submitted the documents to her! He said he wouldn't have had us go this far if he wasn't sure the nail would be transferred! From what I experienced Gayle and Don are the ones to work with! Thanks again for helping at hard times and hopefully I won't have to work with you again, but if I do I know you'll have our back!!

I paid a hefty bail to them, showed up after my release to wait for a ride, I believe Gayle was the woman’s name kept asking me when I would be leaving trying to rush me out of the office. Seeing as how I just netted them $8k I was taken back by the lack of hospitality, I needed a place to charge my phone and wait 30mins for a ride, but apparently this isn’t the spot.

The 10% fee is payment to Lacey O’Malley Bail Bond Agency for services rendered. It is non-refundable.
If you paid the full bail amount, the money is kept in safekeeping by the court until you either forfeit the amount for failing to appear in court, or make all required court appearances. If you make your court appearances, the bail is returned.
The monetary amount for specific crimes varies depending on the nature of the charge. For example, bail for battery against a police officer is typically around $2,500. Sexual battery, which is a felony charge, holds a bail amount of $25,000.
Typically, all the bail money you paid is returned to you once the defendant meets their required court appearances. The bail money is kept safe and secure, in case the defendant fails to meet their court appointments.
