Got there on Wednesday. The sheets had stains on them. Told the front desk and she handed us new sheets, we had to put in ourselves. The refrigerator was filthy inside and out. Had something sticky on it. 1 small trash can and it was in the bathroom. Handicapped room and the shower curtain didn’t reach the bottom so it flooded the entire bathroom and hallway. Breakfast was at 6-9 am we got there at 745. There was no one attending it. Waffle machine was not set up And ready to go. Most of the food was gone except a couple dried up eggs and burnt gravy. At $100 dollars a night you think they would take better care. Won’t stay there again. Yes we did talk to the manager, she offered to switch us rooms, but we already had changed the sheets. And it wasn’t until our last night. Not happy at all.

Perfect location for an overnight stay; right off the I-10 and close to all eateries and shops. Very clean, friendly check in and room matched my request. I like this LQ bathroom setup with the sink vanity set outside the shower/toilet. Definitely would stop here again.

I had booked reservations for 3 rooms. I cancelled them, thinking I had cancelled all three. However, my card was charged for one room because I did not cancel the third one. I called and spoke to Judith, the GM. She was most kind and helpful and reversed the charges for me. What amazing customer service! Even though I did not stay there, with that kind of customer service, I'm positive that my stay would have been outstanding! I would not hesitate to stay at this location!

I slept great and the room was clean. But no vegan options for breakfast and there were dogs everywhere including the room next to ours with a dog that barked and barked - wouldn’t have stayed here if I knew this was the hotel for dogs.
