Book my room over a month ago, got a call several hours till check-in wanting to know if I still was going to make my reservation. I found that very curious as they have never called before. Showed up at 3pm to check in. They said they had no more rooms available except a handicapped room next to the check in desk, with roll on shower and a shower chair. I did speak to the manager and was told they were booked and there was nothing they could do. I went ahead and canceled my room and got my money back. I overlook alot because my daughter liked staying there. But the place as become run down, not kept up. When I was checking in there was an air-conditioner cover in the floor with parts all over the lobby. I will not be staying at this property ever again. I've noticed people's work ethic and customer service has been lacking at several places, this is one of them. Good luck.

We spoke to Nichole Oram the front office manager, multiple times before our stay. She was always very nice and helpful with all of our questions about Tucson and the surrounding area. She recommended multiple places to dine for both breakfast and dinner. All were VERY GOOD. I can’t go on enough about the diner across the road called Jerry Bob’s. The staff was very friendly and the cook was spectacular. Our room was very clean, and the air conditioning was nice and cold. Just what you want in the hot, hot summertime. We were surprised to find that we could do laundry for free while staying there. We will stay at this hotel every time we pass through this part of Arizona. I wish all hotels were as clean, the staff was as nice, and the location this good! Thanks again Nichole for everything.

Due to my flight being delayed I didn’t get to the hotel until around 1am. Hoping we could check in and sleep, my son found stains and hairs on his bed sheets which required me to go get sheets and make the bed. 4 hours later at 5am i awoke to what sounded like a heard of elephants going in and out of the room directly above me. I went to the front desk and asked who was in the room above me. They tell me that the room directly above me was being used by over 2 dozen military personnel for their command center where they go and get their orders each morning. Instead of moving me they said they were going to ask them to be quieter. I was in the military, and would never ask any service man or woman to deviate from their mission. The military at the hotel were just trying to do their job. No one should have been assigned my room. To say the least worse experience I have ever had.

This was an overnight birthday trip for my 6 year old son. He was excited to be staying at hotel for his first time. I called ahead and requested a personalized note left in our room for our arrival to surprise him. Tami went above and beyond! When we arrived in our room there was a birthday card and candy basket waiting for him! He was so excited! The room was great, the customer service was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and I appreciate all they did to make my son's first experience amazing!
