Staff here is SUPER friendly & very accommodating. It seems that most roads in Tucson need repair. So, I can't fault Best Western for that. I stayed in their Presidential Suite for a very reasonable price. Of course, it is off-season. The room was immaculate. Jets in the tub worked great! It was an awesome stay. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it's a bit dated.

The room was standard, the bathroom was small, but that's standard for this type hotel. the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The service was good, we stayed 3 nights and whatever we needed was provided fast. The hotel was very busy and noisy, we could hear people talking outside and the TV and the kids in the next room. It wasn't too bad but also wasn't too peaceful. The location is in north Tucson and worked well for what we needed. It's also very close to many restaurants and shopping. What can be improved: The room was generally clean, yet the carpet needs to have a deeper cleaning for stain removal. Also, vacuuming should be more thorough and reach the corners of the room - there were several dead bugs in the corner around the lamp base, it was pretty hidden and easy to miss, yet should be given attention). All together the room served it's purpose and we will book it again if we need a room in the area.

Positive: The breakfast was great! So many options. Loved the hot tub and pool area. Negative: Our hotel was very dirty, and this was after they switched us rooms for lack of air conditioning. There was a black ring around the tub drain. The black stud came out in my bath water. They also didn¿t have any room cleanings because of covid

This hotel wound up not being a good location for us, that's no fault of the hotel. It was in a nice area, and had easy access off the road. There was some sort of availability issue, and they upgraded our room at no additional charge. That was great! They had a nice happy hour in the evening with complimentary cocktails and food. Also great! They also had a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning which was also great - a variety of hot items and the usual cold items. Although it was a little rough, not bright shiny new, we really had no issues with the room, the service, the staff etc. and I would have given them a 4 star rating. UNTIL the end. I will just say that if you find yourself in a position at this hotel, that requires you to extend your stay, because you aren't feeling well, and should not be around other people, DO NOT tell them you are "sick". They will be willing to extend your stay but if you identify yourself, out of respect, as "sick", they will evict you. That is their corporate policy, and they make no exceptioins. And then they bill you for your last night even though they required you to move to another hotel. In the end, they did the right thing, and credited the last night. In the process, they suggested they checked our room, and that we had not left as requested. We packed up and left when they told us to. Not a great experience.

Yes, The Best Western Tucson Foothills has Jacuzzi Suites. There are two types. One is a in- ground Jacuzzi that is in the room. The other is a above ground two person jetted tub.
We were early, but didn't get the room we were promised and it made for a long week. Room could have been cleaner, and if you're in the room when the housekeeper is there, your room doesn't get cleaned. The breakfast was good tho. I wouldn't stay at that one again.
They are a no smoking hotel. There is smoking areas out side and near the pool
