Very dirty room , hasn't been wiped down for months , dust on all furniture as well as headboard, mirrors wiped with a dirty towel as well as urine all down front of toilet seat and lid. Ended up doing a speedy 1 hr clean just to be able to stay in overnight. If 20 minutes in each room was spent on just wiping surfaces and a quick vacuum , this place reviews would be great and a minimum 3 star guaranteed. I've done cleaning for half my life and this is just plain lazy and shameful to even be operating on such a simple thing to do with no extra costs.

Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but sadly one of the worst. The checkin process was smooth and the associate I spoke with was very nice. However the room itself was laughable. The fridge was standing on 3 legs and looks like it wasn’t cleaned inside, sheets and skirt looked like they were put on in a rush, most of the keys on the room phone were broken, and the tv remote had what looked like bbq sauce stains. Note: do not walk barefoot.. my feet were black by the afternoon. You definitely get what you pay for here.

This is the most disgusting hotel room I've ever walked into. Do not stay here if you care about cleanliness at all. Floor looked like it had big bleach spots. Ashes were all over the floor and inside drawers. Had hair in the bath tub and the sink was filthy. Coffee stains on tray like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. Comforter wad also stained.

Nasty, I was turning the lights off to sleep and after 1 hour I woke up and spot some bites on my self, I turn on the lights and wen down to the manager to see what happen, the customer experience it's so bad, no refund, no compraron no nothing, just made fun of me
