Great experience here. First, they answered the phone when they were closed and told me their hours. Second, in my case I was able to bring my window in for exact measurements so the could order the glass and I was able to take it back home until the glass arrives. Third since I needed privacy glass they took the time to explain my options. Fourth they explained how to install the double pane glass myself, and how best to measure it, on another window that is not removable. And fifth they called me after I left with an option for safety glass since the window that was broken was by a sports court, which I didn't need but the follow up was appreciated.

I did not spend my money here, but that doesn't mean that my experience wasn't five stars. The man who runs that shop was very helpful he could tell that we were a young struggling little family so he had some great suggestions and was very helpful 😊 I'm very appreciative for business owners who aren't out just to make a buck thank you and I hope you guys continue many more years of excellent service.

We have had them work on 2 projects, a glass top for a dinning room table and replacement glass for a sliding patio door. Both came out excellent. The sliding door was scheduled for 8am, they showed up at 7:59. Thats rare to be that on time. They were in and out in 1 hr. Highly recommend and would use them again.

We had a custom home theater project that required a piece of port glass to be placed over the top of a short throw projector for protection in a busy household. Port glass of this quality is difficult to find, and so we needed to custom order it out of state. When it arrived, it had raw edges that were dangerously sharp, and needed to be addressed before even one of my installers could handle it. Other companies told me they could not work on it because I did not buy the glass from them (even though glass for this specific high-performance application was not available in this area). However, Sunset Glass was able to finish the edges with many options to choose from, and we were able to install the glass in a very happy customer's home. Sunset Glass's work was very reasonably price, and they had a very fast turnaround. Thank you Sunset Glass!
