My mom and I came here 3 weeks ago, we waited for hours and were told we would get our results within the hour that day. We took both the rapid test and the PCR. We tried to contact the facility numerous times to no avail. My mom finally got her results back today after complaining on this site, however, I still have yet to see my results. If you need rapid results, I recommend you go elsewhere.

My daughter & I went to this place 3 weeks ago & waited 3 hours to take the test. We took both the rapid & PCR test and NEVER received our results! They said we would receive our results within 45minutes to an hour via email. We tried calling but received a message saying we were 87 something on the wait list & it was a 281 minute wait time with no call back option. Only one person to get the information and test and one other person in the back doing god only knows We also have checked our spam and & junk but never received anything. Wondering if this is a legitimate site since we never received our result. TERRIBLE place to go for testing!

A complete waste of time!!! I went On December 31st. My mom and I arrived around 9:30 AM. The line was long but had seemed to be moving at a steady pace at first. I thought “oh shouldn’t be long now.” It was cold but was willing to wait. When we got closer it started moving slower. We where there 5 hours. My feet where freezing because the street was icy. Right when it was almost our turn the guy giving the test came out and told us all that where waiting, that he had to shut it down because his boss gave him orders to do so. Honestly it was so disappointing. I understand that he had orders to do so but how can they do that to people that where waiting for HOURS in the cold!!! Absolutely ridiculous.

Considering the amount of people all trying to get tested around Christmas, they were pretty efficient and got people through fairly quickly. It took us about an hour to get to the front and there were probably 30-40 people in front of us when we got there. Dress warmly, you stand in line outside. Got our results in 30 minutes and they were accurate (which I know because I got the same results from a PCR test somewhere else as an extra precaution, since I had been exposed to someone with COVID).
