Great service to fit my new boots. Hannah was very helpful and listened to my concerns and put time and effort into making sure I got the right boots. My last Red Wing boots gave me a lot of good service and I'm sure these will as well.

After less then 3 months and called and was told no warranty. Spent almost 400 dollars on them cause there the American made ones. Probably going back to Keen boots cause they would of warranty it

I want to thank Kevin for all of the time he spent with my father trying to find him a boot to boost his stability. My dad is elderly and extremely hard of hearing. Kevin was very knowledgeable about what would help my dad. He located extra wide boots at another store for us to ensure that my dad had the best fit possible. He was kind, patient, and respectful with my father and I appreciated that so much. That is not always the way that our elderly are treated. I can tell by my dad’s gait that he is feeling more confident in his balance and stability. Red Wing is lucky to have you!

Customer service was top notch. The supply/options were drastically low. Prefer a shoe that can be customized for my needs unfortunately this just isn't a store for that.
