Positive: Location was the only thing that was a positive-Do not stay at this hotel. It was filthy, we had to lay out towels we brought just to lay on the bed. Stains on pillow cases, floors were swept in a long time. Restroom smelled terrible. Negative: People were fighting in the hallways at all hours.Room smelled musty, linens were stained and full of holes. Holes in the wall, floors were dirty. Lots of construction debris left around the hotel, in parking lot and visible next to pool.

First they gave me a key to someone else's room. Opened the door and the TV was on, the bed was torn down, make up by the sink. I went back to the desk and they said no one is supposed to be in that room and gave me another room (117). In that room it looked like the bathroom ceiling was about to fall down from water damage and there was mold growing from it. I was tired so I stayed in that room and went to bed. I woke up with bug bites on my legs from who knows what. The free "breakfast" is a bowl of cereal and some juice or coffee. No hot items or waffles.

Positive: Location is good for my need. STAFF was good. Negative: No carpet in room. Saw one bug craving on floor. Breakfast was not great.

If you happen to be young and in great shape and don't mind lugging your luggage up a flight of stairs because they have no elevator, then this is the place for you. It's clean and quiet. No frills. Breakfast sandwich available on request. Unfortunately, I'm 70 and packed for 7 days to visit my daughter. If it hadn't been for a kind young man who helped us with luggage, we'd still be there trying to get to our room. 😆
