This is by far the best urgent care I have ever gone to. The front desk staff is amazing. Incredible customer service, you can tell they care about everyone who comes into the office. They were so helpful and very detail oriented. The assistant was a rock star and so friendly. Doctor was great. Truly all around a good experience, I really liked that you could tell where you were in line and once you got in everything was really smooth! Also this place is so clean. You can tell they take pride in the establishment.

Staff is very friendly and the doc was very friendly as well. I could definitely tell the staff gets along really well with each other. I had to go back again a couple days later and saw a different practitioner and I was very pleased with both practitioners. They both did a very good job of explaining what was going on with me and taking the time to hear what I had to say. I would highly recommend this place to my friends and family and anyone.

During moving I took a fall and hit my head. Being a senior citizen I was concerned and thought I should get checked at urgent care. Making an appointment online could not have been any easier and convenient. From the moment that I arrived everyone I came in contact with provided excellent customer service. The medical team was very professional while also being extremely caring and kind. I give the highest recommendation and will urge family and friends to use this excellent urgent care if the need arises. Thank you to this outstanding medical team!

I Went in for a foot injury. I was kept informed throughout the entire X-ray Procedure and Was pleased with the hospitality and the demeanor of all staff. They were extremely friendly , kind and courteous. The doctor was informative straightforward and honest. I would recommend anybody with an injury to go to Indigo for diagnosis and treatment. If they want to deal with people that care and provide a great service With honesty and to the best of their ability. If you don’t have insurance, Indigo Urgent Care charges a flat fee of $175. This fee will cover: - An exam evaluation with a medical provider. - In-clinic lab testing for strep throat, flu tests, UTI, pregnancy (immediate result tests only) X-rays. - Medication given during the visit. Your provider may also suggest additional detailed lab testing or other treatments that will not be covered by the flat fee. But, they will discuss the price and options with you before moving forward with any services.
Indigo offers digital x-ray. This is still one of the most common imaging tools and is used to confirm or rule out minor injuries or illnesses, including fractures and pneumonia.

Yes. Without insurance it is $125 before you are seen. I was just seen January 3, 2018. I had a quick flu test done in office. I just called to see if I will be receiving any additional bills and she said she believes it was included in the $125 I already paid. =)
