I would never ever recommend this apartment building at all. I took my child to visit a friend for some comfort and a playdate because of the school shooting, and they were feeling some anxiety. They were being kids, and playing at the park, writing with sidewalk chalk, and I found out that the management put out a notice saying to not let the kids write in chalk. It rains here always and will probably all be all washed away by now. They were there to console and comfort each other and were scolded and reprimanded. Despicable and unwarranted. They do not respond in a timely manner with concerns, but will respond to children playing immediately. Take your family elsewhere. Kensington townhomes has been wonderful for my family, and I have heard great things about the management of olympia rentals.

We moved from MN to Stonebrook and it was an easy experience. Lisa was our leasing agent and she was great to work with. We weren't paid to write a review. We had 2 older dogs and the property has an ok dog park, but we didn't utilize a lot. Always lots of dogs in there. Parking was typically easy and close. Quiet neighborhood and always felt safe. Neighbors are nosey - some will even take your picture and give to management. Lots of rules to follow and it seemed like extra rules came up all the time. Neighbors smoked weed and it would come into our apartment because we kept the windows open most of the time. Overall, it was a good place to live.

We truly have no complaints about Stonebrook. Lisa, one of the lease specialists, has consistently been helpful and friendly about anything we have needed. Beautiful units, updated appliances, spacious dog park, gated community, quiet, great price, only place around here that would accept our 60 pound Labrador, and we also have had zero maintenance issues since moving here in October 2020. LOVE IT HERE!

3 year resident and so far everything has been great. Quiet, clean and they are starting to re-bark and fix the snow damage to the trees, which should improve the outside grounds considerably. They even did a Christmas party giveaway during COVID and spotted me some emergency K-Cups right before I went into a virtual meeting and couldn’t make it to the store and back.
