The cordon bleu here is very good; juicy, good smokey internal flavors, a flavorful coating that stays intact, and different coatings & breading to choose from. I paid $5 each. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins.

So far every cut I've gotten was pretty good, they're my go to for when I need lamb which is always excellent. One time I got curious at got a couple pre-made beef wellingtons which should have a nice piece of tenderloin in it, but instead had like chunks of stew meat.

Yes they do, and you can order a fresh Turkey if you call soon. They sell butcher quality birds, I believe from Washington farmers.
