Attended a self defense class setup by a family members work place. Instructors were friendly and encouraging. Gave good guidance and explained the reasoning for certain movements and body positioning as it relates to preventing injuries. Gym was clean and welcoming, highly recommend this team of coaches and this location.

My girls really enjoy their camps and seem to be excited to go back daily. This is the 2nd camp we've done. Once for spring break and now summer break. You can pay weekly for any weeks you would like, they are going to their 1st event this Saturday evening involving NERF gun activities, and they are definitely kept busy for a very reasonable fee. So far, it's been a ton better than just a "daycare" type setting. They keep them moving for the most part. I hope they keep them moving and active all summer!

My daughter has been attending here now for almost a year and a half and LOVES it!! The instructors care as much about the kiddos and their families outside of school as they do about the martial arts they teach in school. Highly recommend for a good workout for adults too. Just ask my hubby😉 If you are interested in competing they have an awesome group of kids who do that as well and they definitely become part of your tribe. Go check it out!!
