I've lived here since June 2019, have had several housing management employees come and go. I would say the best management team I've seen is Matthew, Matt, and Chanel. They absolutely go above and behind to make sure your experience with Vistara is the best! They are quick to respond to any needs you may have, they listen and respond to your issues on a personal, yet professional manner. And they give great tips about the best restaurants and fun activities in the area! The maintenance team is quick to respond to any maintenance issues you may have. I love how they respect our privacy and still come around every month to change the filters (leaving it outside our door). If I had to say anything negative about this place, it would be the parking issues. But it doesn't matter much if you get your own garage/reserved parking spot!

Antonio from the maintenance team is awesome. Super friendly and gets things done quick. That said our smart home that was offered doesn’t work (they don’t have a contract with the company anymore but still advertise it and have it in the lease?) and the pool closes at 10 not the 12 that was promised. Other than those two things everything is great, but those were pretty big for us. Mainly giving it 5 stars because Antonio and the maintenance team is awesome, so they saved this review, give that man a raise!

5 stars for Antonio who came out and fixed our fan. 1 star for overall property. Management. If you have other options for a place to live, I suggest you follow up elsewhere. I hope they're able to make the improvements they're trying to, but I'm not sticking around to find out, not worth almost $1800/month for just rent, before they tack on all the taxes and "extras" so after we move out, expect this rating to change, like I said, 5 stars for Antonio, 0 stars for the property. So sad too, this place has such great potential.

I would love to give a SPECIAL shout out to the complete staff here at the Vistara Apartment community. Shanell, Matthew, Kevin, Derrick, Donny are so AMAZING. The staff has been very attentive to our needs. We could have not asked for better people to guide us on our new community home. We love it here and would highly recommend this community to anyone that is looking for a great place to live. It’s clean, well kept on so many levels. This is definitely my Peace.
