I've called Cadia my home for 2 years, just renewed for another. I cant imagine living in another apartment complex after this one. Staff is very friendly, amenities are great, even free beer fridays! David with Maintenance is awesome. Comes in to help out with problems in the apartments even on his days off and gets things fixed right away

I've lived at Cadia now almost 2 years and the staff has been great to us. Our favorite things about the property is the pool and the hot tub, which we frequent often. We are very close to downtown Gilbert. Cadi is a very comfy place to live. Had an issue with my AC about 2 weeks ago, on one of the hottest days of the year, and in less than 30 minutes the maintence staff had it up and running. Don't know anything about it other than how fast it was fixed. That is another reason I call Cadia my home.

Steven was very helpful and friendly. We needed to get an apartment quickly, and Steven was all over it to make it happen. We were able to tour the apartment, and the next day we made the decision and we got the keys that day. We selected Cadia Crossing over about 30 other apartments in the area. Steven was a huge part in that decision making as we felt he was the most genuine, and did everything he could to make this process as easy as possible. Thank you Steven!

Worked with Steven and he had keys in hand 6 hours later. He got everything handled for us and prepared the unit. Also met all our needs after moving in. He's Professional, prompt and very good at following up. Love it here it's quiet and friendly environment.
