50 minutes on hold just to speak with someone just to make an appointment! Bank with someone that can help you with your banking needs within the day and have time to speak with you on the phone within the hour.

Wells Fargo is terrible in general but this location takes it to a new level. Last 3 visits have been terrible. Most recent went in to get a paper notarized. There is a giant bank, No customers, employees in the back chatting. When they finally notice me and I tell them what I need they say only one person can do that it will be a 45-60 min wait I should come back later. I don't have the free time that they do I need to get things done. Time to find a new bank entirely

Called multiple times..no answer!! Drove to this location to get a document notarized and told to wait a few minutes in the lobby. As I’m waiting, I call the number again…no phone ringing anywhere. Wells Fargo, get your act together.
