Sony was awesome! She made everything super easy and straight forward for me. I am a returning customer to stateline dealers. The thing I love about these dealers is the fact that everyone that works there is high energy, ready to satisfy customers needs at a moments notice. They will go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. Blake in the finance department was fantastic and was able to get me driving the car off the lot the same day even though we ran into a couple things he was able to get it done for me same day. The sales manager was also great, he was willing to work with me and we had a very fair negotiation. They even let me save the aftermarket from my trade. I also liked that I could talk to other sales people and wouldn’t be brushed off like you normally would at other cut throat dealerships. Customer service matters at stateline and they got it mastered. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I recommend this dealer and coming from a person that does sales for a career that says a lot. If you go ask for sony!
