Bay state is the best place around for any of your physical therapy needs. All the staff make you feel comfortable and the environment is very welcoming. Deb is very accommodating to your schedule and is always willing to work with you to fit you in for an appointment at your convenience. Both Andrew and Lisa are amazing at what they do. There truly isn’t any other physical therapy place I’d recommend to anyone, other than bay state:)

Jaime is fantastic. Knowledgeable, attentive, and thorough. I’m so lucky to have found her. She has helped through two stints of PT and I know she’ll always give me the best treatment and care. Through her sense of humor, she helps me get through the tougher moments and her understanding and knowledge of her field and the human body has left me fully understanding my condition and what best supports my health and well-being. Marissa and the staff at Bay State Physical Therapy in Somerset are amazing! The care and personalized treatment that I have received have been truly life-changing for me. They have worked with me to develop a comprehensive therapy program to rehab my lower back which had been ailing for years and had really negatively impacted my quality of life. I now have been able to return to my daily activities with fuller range of motion and without pain! I'm also now able to enjoy trips to the mountains and skiing, my favorite winter activity, with my family again! Thank you Marissa and staff!

I had Marissa as my physical therapist for my back. I enjoyed working with her. She was always friendly and professional. I was really impressed that she could manage working with 3 or 4 patients at a time! She works late hours to accommodate people who work late.
