I had a horrible experience with buying a grill with them and it was extremely difficult to get the screws to attach the side burner. This went on for two months until Stephen took over and promptly corrected all issues. Although it took me two months to correct all of the issues, and kept getting blown off by certain associates, they went above and beyond by sending items such as grill utensils, fireproof glove and apron when they could’ve left the issue as it was. I had to fix the review for this reason, I’m pretty impressed with their willingness to fix a bad experience.

Service was quick ,knowledgeable and friendly. Store was clean and very well organized . We went in found what we needed. A sales rep. approached us and processed the paper work ,scheduled a delivery/ install and haul away date in minutes compared to hours at the big box stores . The prices we reasonable. This place even had a full working kitchen with a cook on board . Even though we didn't purchase kitchen appliances we were invited to sit and have a snack . Sandwiches, fresh fruit and cookies . They even had soft drinks . Felt like a friend not just a customer. Definitely recommend this place .

Great place to buy your appliances. They have every appliance possible and their staff is super friendly and super knowledgeable. Wonderful experience.
