The store usually gives me hives, but overall is okay. Inventory is often unkempt and missing completely. One has to wonder who maintains it(:-/). Employees rarely interact with customers in a proactive way ("Can I help you find something?") like they do at their main competitor. No beef over our satisfaction with most purchases.

I purchased a new fridge, which comes along with the service of having the old one removed with a fee. The delivery window was 9:45AM to 1:45 PM today. I get a call at 9 AM with a delivery guy asking me to let him in and shouting at me when I tell him I'm not home because the delivery window is for later. I rush home only to have the guy yell at me some more in person. He refuses to take the old refrigerator because it's too big (it's on the larger side but it's not humongous). He then won't put the doors on the side of the refrigerator that I ask for, didn't level it, and put multiple scratches on both of the doors during the installation. I have called home depot and they said they would send some team out to fix it but didn't say when, and they still haven't refunded me for what they charged me for the removal. Totally unprofessional, would not reccomend.

Home depot isn't bad... The devil you know... They had what I needed. CONVIENENCE IS A HUGE FACTOR! Staff is friendly not always very helpful but they try.. Best bet is to hit the website, make sure the item you want is in stock... at the store you want , note the aisle and bay the item is in, then run in and outta there as fast as you can.! Haha

Call the local number and ask to speak to somebody at the pro desk. Tell him you don't want to be transferred.
Yes they do have roll on textured for walls you just got to research it for the best ones but it's quality and they can help you out you just need to ask somebody in the paint department
When you order online and use store pickup ask for it when you pick it up. Just did it twice and was able to get it both times at pickup.
I think they send them out for repair. Ask at Customer Service.

Materials from dismantling a customers deck are disposed of via dumpsters and are not available for any use due to liability of injury
YES. They rent a whole bunch of different tools, trucks, scissor lifts etc....
