They do not honor there "$50 if your truck isn't ready" at your reservation time. My truck was blocked in by other uhauls and it didn't even have the dolly I reserved. Truck cab was dirty and I even took pictures and uploaded them to the uhaul before driving off the lot. They then charged me for a cleaning fee for a truck they never cleaned to begin with. What a scam.

The administration it’s poor they don’t serve right they be playing a lot with the customer make the customer go and get the truck and it’s their job go and turn on the truck and bring it to the customer to the front

Nightmare experience! We reserved our truck over a month ago. Just needed a small truck to handle college move out. Our reservation was made for the location on Tennessee Street as that was a few blocks from our daughter’s apartment. The day before, we received a call from corporate stating that they didn’t have our truck at the Tennessee street location, so we needed to go to the location on Orange. Frustrating, but not the end of the world. Arrived just before 10 to a location that resembled a thrift store more than a uhaul facility. It was very dirty. Desk attendant checked us in and gave us the keys. Told us the truck was in the back. we walked around the building to find a truck significantly larger than the truck we reserved over a month ago. We were not comfortable driving such a large truck for the 5 hours it would take to get home. Ended up canceling, and now will need to dispose of items we intended to keep. Horrible service from this location, and more importantly horrible service from corporate. Never again, Uhaul…never again!

U-Haul as a company is trash. Save yourself the headache and chest pain and pay a little more for a solid transport option. This location is where all my trouble started.
