05/16/2022 Free parking. Decent day use park to loiter in if you are living the nomad life in a van, truck or car. There is a bus parking lot (up against cemetery) on Pearl Street for larger vehicles right across from baseball field. Try out the free skate park. You can also walk to the beach and also the wharf from here. It is a bit of a walk though to get to the wharf. There is a water spigot next to group barbecue pits and picnic tables if you need to fill gallon jugs. There is a gravel walking path around the water. Benches too to watch the paddle boats. Unhoused individuals are milling about the park. Pet friendly.
