Apparently the drivers can claim to be scared of dog on property and get away with not delivering packages and corporate doesn't care that it's emergencedical supplies. I'd pay more for FedEx seeing they always deliver to my door without a problem. You have dogs don't bother with this delivery company!!!!

The sign advises you not to leave a package at the box if it doesn't fit.
It is picked up monday-friday at 5 pm did you drop it of after that time?
