I enjoyed my time at the complex. If I did not have to move back home, I would still be there. The staff was very nice and helpful. They answered calls and emails quickly. I appreciated their assistance.

Aly used to manage this complex. Since she was let go the office staff have been negative, rude, violated the lease terms and the unit I am in keeps needing repair. It used to be a nice place but not anymore.

I have lived here since the end of December 2019. The location is amazing & convenient to multiple highways & major intersections which means restaurants & shopping or in these crazy days, good options for Grub Hub, Door Dash & Grocery delivery😁 The gated canal access & gated community access is not only convenient for walking my dogs & riding my bike, it makes me feel safe. The staff are amazing & friendly from the ladies in front to our maintenance team, I appreciate their professionalism & quick response. If there is an issue, they notify me immediately. The apartments are very private, modern, spacious & the back patio area is perfect for my two dogs & I to enjoy the cooler months & mornings in the Summer. I can't imagine living anywhere else in Gilbert or the Phoenix Metro Area.

I've enjoyed my stay here at Keller at Town square the office staff has always been very nice and very responsive to any of the needs that I've had. It saddens me that I have to move out of Keller at Town square here in Gilbert because when my lease renewal came up my rent went up $600 a month. Totally outrageous!! I don't know how you can even justify that. So sad that management would even do that. Oh well happy trails, you know what they say about karma 🤔
