Because I ordered a side of bacon for my daughter. They charged me for it and they never gave it to me. Gave me a cinnamon streusel muffin in a bag no napkins and it was upside down. A year later tried again. Coffee good, but cashier super ride and treated me as an inconvenience for asking for straws and a cup holder!

This Duncan Donuts shop on East Gilbert Road is clean, friendly, and the manager goes the extra mile in helping you navigate their website. Quality of their coffee drinks are very good.

Placed a mobile order for a drink donut holes. Didn't add chocolate donut holes because we do not like them. Husband picked up the order. When he brought it home it had 10 chocolate donut holes. The kind I didn't add. This is irritating as that's almost half the order that I paid for that won't be eaten
