Definitely not fastfood takes forever now to get ya food

Shouldn't have a lit up sign advertising overnight shifts, when they aren't even open late night. All menu signs are left running, so you get stuck in a line of people in the drive thru who are waiting to order, so you can't even drive off when you realize 5 minutes before the people in front of you that they're not taking orders. Extremely annoying.

Took my grandson here today for a quick lunch. The service was great and fast. Major complaint was the fries. I remember how they used to serve the long, shoestring ones, now it's small bits and pieces. When I ordered a 'small', I assumed it was the quantity, not realizing that it's now the physical size of the fries. I placed one of his chicken nuggets next the fries in the photos, for size comparison.

I do not know why this McDonald's has an issue with time. Making a complaint is about the only thing you can do and hopefully it will rectify the problem.
Everything was good the order and people working my frist time in the restaurant
We went to the one near Walmart on plainfield. They need to get there act together. Went inside because the drive threw was to long . It took them 15 minutes to get 3 hamburgers small fry. drive threw car we saw was at the at the end of the line.passed by . In that line was at least 7 cars.the worst part before we waited for them to take our order at least 5 minutes. We wont be going there again. Not happy with that McDonald's.
That I don't know either. The hours of the spa an amenities AvaiLble are very short a d divided between family time children time and adult time
I would agree with james, i think has to do with the pandemic and remember this nightmare hit everyone differently.
The service is ok. It depends on what time you go. Right now its drive thru only.
