John LaMarca was AMAZING!!!!!!! He really made purchasing furniture for my new home a breeze. He listened to what I wanted and guided me to the perfect couch. I didn't feel pressured AT ALL!!! He was honestly an absolute pleasure to work with.

This is the worst experience I’ve had purchasing furniture, especially at Ashley. I’ve purchased so many items from Ashley that this is really disappointing. We went into this location to buy a bed for our son . Our salesman was Ahmed Essaid . Long story short he wasn’t much help , I felt like someone robbed me . He was dealing with another customer at the same time ( the store wasn’t busy ) I felt like , all he did was took out credit card . Honestly after making the purchase I really wasn’t happy . I think once I started to feel that way I should’ve just walked out . the delivery information was all wrong from what was given . The info on the receipt wasn’t what they had , how is that possible. The bed wasn’t put together , if fell apart . A tech had to come out . Just overall bad experience!!!!

I live in co-op city and I would like to know if a sofa 79"W x37"D x37"H will fit my apartment door?

First, I would suggest that you would have to find out if the sofa comes already assembled or not. That would make the difference in determining whether you can fit it through the door. Second, you need to measure your doorway's width. When measuring only take the measurements in the open space between the frame of the door. That should give you a better idea. The height should be good, it's the width you need to pay attention to. If you're still not sure, the vendor usually can tell you the minimum width needed in the doorway for delivery for that specific sofa. Hope this helps!
