Store hours on Sunday posted open until 3pm but the sign on door said closed at 2pm.

This UPS store has been fine for simple things like sending packages. However be aware they might be completely unresponsive for other services. We paid for a special package pickup, and no answering phone calls nor their online contact form. Because of this, there was no way to coordinate getting the package. The only contact we got was an automated message saying our much needed part was sent back to the supplier. Very frustrating.

Came in to drop off an Amazon return, an easy/quick thing to do considering all she had to do was scan a QR code. She managed to be extremely rude during our brief encounter. I will be sticking to my other UPS store off Anapamu where staff is nothing but friendly, helpful, and efficient despite being much busier than this branch.
