The service at first was average. Once we got out food it was cold and all came out at different times. 20 minutes apart from first entree to the last at outer table of 6. The first out was chicken strips and then 30 wings 10 minutes later and then 3 more chicken tenders 10 minutes after that? This is the worst buffalo wild wings experience I have had. We ordered 1 more beer for me and my girlfriend and they brought her an IPA (the same beer I was drinking). When she asked for the Dos Equis she was drinking they said she would have to pay for the Dos. She refused and the server Taylor said she would pay for it? What kind of management system is set up here that the servers need to pay for a beer pour mistake. We will not be back to this location. We sat outside and our platters were never removed from our tables. The service team here is way below average. Starts with management policies

I arrived at 8pm on a Saturday. The location was not filled up, but were told a 15 minute wait for the dining room or immediate seating at the bar. I wasn’t keen on taking my young son to the bar but he was starving and requesting BWW specifically. So we sat and placed our order by 8:15. Two orders of wings (6pc and 15pc) and two fries. My order came out at 8:55, so 40 min after ordering. That wait time is completely unacceptable, especially when there were literally only THREE other tables in the bar that were occupied (see attached picture). Also, when I say my order came out at that time, I literally mean my order. My son’s 6 pc and fries, the person that wanted to be there, his order was not out. I told the food runner and she said she’d check but never came back. My server came and said that the rest of the order would be out soon. Finally at 9:10, a full 55 minutes after ordering and 70 minutes of sitting at a table in a nearly empty restaurant, the remaining wings came. But not the fries. I still had to ask for that. And then for silverware as well. So now my food was cold, because I wasn’t going to eat my food in front of my 5 year old while he waited patiently, and I couldn’t share with him because I’d ordered spicy sauces. Overall, an extremely negative experience and it made sense why the place was empty on a Saturday night.

I ordered food on door dash hoping for a good meal. It took 88 min plus from time of ordering for the food to actually be ready for pick up. When the food arrived it was wrong. I ordered a Buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, but received a wrap. I called the store to advise of the mix up. Spoke to the trainer who was apologetic and very professional. Gave me options and I decided to come get the sandwich along with a coupon. I was happy. Then I got to the store. The hostess was not willing to help me. I was directed to the Togo counter. I stood there for 20 min before being helped. Finally I was assisted, told him what happened. He went and grabbed the sandwich that now was sitting for 30 min, didn't say anything to me, and handed the bag. Was not provided what was offered, and no apology from him. Very frustrated with how this was handled at the store.

I freaking had it with this place! I gave it more than enough chances at various stores of theirs , as far as their wings go because I never had anything else besides the fries, these wings are horrible they are are tasteless from the inside out when it comes to your dry rub flavoring it’s just seasoning sprinkled on top of the chicken, I believe they do the same with their wet sauces as well by just putting it on the top of the wing… do you self a favor go to Hooters!!!
